★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my hearing aids looked at. I needed the small covers on the tip of each hearing aid. They provided a package of the tips for me. There is a very small filter under the cover, in the tip. They provided a set of these. They cleaned the aids, and installed the new parts while I waited. It was all included as I had purchased the aids there. The assistant was helpful and patient- I can't hear well when she was working on my aids, but she dealt with it all very well.
Totally happy and , 1 year in, I still find the aids terrific. The product and the service are very well matched.

I'm a general contractor and I worked for a few days there. I saw hundreds of customers that walked into the store and it was crystal clear that they were all happy with the services.

The staff go out of there way to make you comfortable and guide you through the process . I have zero interest in attending any other eye glass place after the service I received at Chrystal Vision . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely helpful and kind. Went in to get a pair of glasses and sunglasses. Listened to what I was looking for and helped pick out the perfect styles (were even honest when the ones i tried on did not suit me, in a very nice and helpful way). Explained all my lense options for me and let me test them out. When i went to pick them up the following week i tried on the sunglasses and did not love that they had a gradient, they let me know they have a 30 day guarantee and that i could try them out for a bit to see how it goes and if i don't like them i can return within the 30 days. there was even a delicious chocolate and gift card in my bag with my new glasses! To top it off i lost my receipt to submit to my benefits, called them up and they emailed it while we were still on the phone!

From the specialist who checked my eyes to the front end folks who put up with my crankiness, these folks are amazing. I can buy glasses elsewhere, other places offer similar products. I return because the service is exceptional. My most recent visit it was Ryan who stepped up. Thanks man. I left confident about my purchase and once again happy that things will be done right.
