★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am taken back really. I have been a committed customer since they opened. I would go there at least 3 times a year to get a $15 vacumm. Sometimes I would splurge and get the $50 option. They do a great job, and they did the whole car.. generally it took a half an hour. It seemed like such a great deal that I even felt they were short changing themselves.
I just called this morning and the man on the phone first suggested a full detail, I asked if there were other options, he suggested 2 other options. In the end I said I would call back when I have made a decision.
When I called back and said I would like my usual $15 vacumm, he said 'we only vaccum the drivers side'..
I said it was quite strange to only vaccum one side of your car'.. he lost it on me. I wasn't even debating with him.. lol.. I actually believe that it was too good of a deal, and they need to change that. But he continued to go off on me.
It would have been better if he either increases the price of a full vaccum, or let's the customer know what they will provide ...not just change it out of frustration.
It's too bad.. because all of my other experiences have been good.

The vehicle itself was detailed thoroughly to a high standard, without the use of harsh chemicals. If your vehicle is needing a cleaning, this is a great place to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointments only. Really nice staff. Wiped everything down all that was touched. Follow all covid protocols. Suv looks amazing. I live rural and the vehicle was filthy! Dirt roads and coming out of winter... they had their work cut out for them. The right tools and techniques makes for an easier job than me trying to do it. I am super happy and will be back for the basic and book in our cars for a full detailing. Very affordable and happy to tip for the great care and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped my car off to be detailed. My carpets now smell like dirty gym socks after less then a week and I have watermarks everywhere on my seats. None of the stains came out !!! I will not be coming back ... I have had car detailing before and all stains came out and never smelled after treatment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little local shop! I just moved from Winnipeg to Kingston and my car was filthy, inside and out - and unfortunately my dog had a pretty gross accident.
I opted for their monthly special, $150 full exterior/interior cleaning and detailing and was not disappointes. Stains came out, every nook and cranny was cleaned as good (if not better) then the day I bought my car. Very friendly owner, was able to fit me in same day I called as well. Thank you!
