★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely apolled by the language I heard for the entire 5 minutes I was standing at the parts counter yesterday waiting for a battery for my key fob at the VW Dealership. I am so glad I am not or will never need to be a regular customer of this massive. Egotistical. Showman ship of a so called dealership. Feel terrible for those that have to go there. Sounded like they really care about their customers... Run away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want a no BS buying experience, in a clean, bright, welcoming environment? Then come to Maple Honda. I was at Richmond hill Honda 5 years ago, I bought a car, they asked me to pick it up in the evening, outside, it was dark.
The next day I saw 5-6 scratches all over the car. Which explains the evening pickup window. Some back and forth later, I had to waste my time at a body shop instead of just giving me a new car. Screw that place. Ontop of that their sales person tried to bribe me into giving a 5 star review "because anything other than 5 is a failure."
Fast forward to 2020, bought another Honda, this time from Maple. 5 STARS across the board, thanks to Abdul. I'm def coming back to him for my next purchase. No beating around the bush. Good price, good conversation, great service. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience and convenience to have all brands gathered in a single place. We have leased from here Honda CRV touring and later returned it for leasing Acura RDX and recently MDX. Also we are in the second lease of Mazda 3. All dealerships are clean and have good customer service.

I found was at Lexus
with Mr Arien,
and
the worst was at Toyota. The receptionist completely ignored me while she was playing
a candy cane game.
