h	halina wieliczko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i sealed the grout in my bathroom I didn't notice the runs it caused on the tile.I didn't wipe enough the excess of the tile not knowing it would be impossible to get off later.I call to the company for help.The company representative and his team show up in my home.They ware very professional and they solved this problem.What a great company.Thank You.
K	Kristina Cathcart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned Mapei to track down a unsanded grout in a specific colour that Rona and Lowes did not have in stock. The website is incorrect. They are not open at 8am. They need to update it and explain shipping is open at 8am but no one is in the offices until 830. When I finally got thru to someone in the office i was explaining that the website was incorrect and was rudely told that if i want information i should stop telling her that website is wrong and listen. I was put on hold and left there for 15 minutes and then I gave up. Happy Holidays to you
R	Robert Vitali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid extra for the Flexcolor CQ grout which is a total waste of money . The broacher says No Staining - in reality totally wrong and misleading. It does stain and when contacted, their rep came out with a small scrub brush and scrubbed by hand a couple of lines and after a lot of scrubbing said there you go it cleans up. we have over 11,000 sq.ft. and have no ability to clean all the grout in a busy business by hand one line at a time on an on going basis. We paid extra to not have this problem and the product let us down. The company rep will not get back to us and ignores our request to get a long term solution. We cannot recommend this product and in fact cannot recommend this company and they way they look after or not their customers. Very high handed approach. Appears to take your money and forget you, must be too big. Very unfortunate experience.
R	Robert Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea what this company is up to, but cannot get a hold of anyone in Toronto (Brampton) for samples to specify on a project. No one returns voicemails, no receptionist, none of the (large) tile showrooms I have been to have had their samples replenished in months. Montreal couldn't help. Crazy. What's the matter with you people?! I have resorted to calling the US and left another vmail there - will see where that goes. Awful, awful experience. Terrible customer service.

It was not the Alabaster colour specified, but ended up looking like a dark grey. When I called Mapei in Brampton, they told me I would need to purchase additional products to lighten the grout. What is the point of selling specific colours when this is clearly false. Do not use this product!
F	Frances Argue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the MAPEI Can-Prem mortar for tile we purchased for our 18 by 18 inch flooring as per both the installation instructions and the Lowe’s employee. Adhesion is not even and drying time extensive for our modern time. Possibly consider removing larger tiles as acceptable candidates for this product as the reviews we have recently read are not positive and correction should occur. ITEM #309061 & #309062
