Worst company culture ever to work... disastrously unpredictable company... I just want to share my experience. And hopefully they might implement something. I learned all these in couple of weeks by working through agency. NO MANAGEMENT We agency people are always called early in the morning for work and out of nowhere line stops after 3 hours or they have no work and send us home in 3-4 hours. We take bus to come and go but they don't understand our situation. Even full time people don't get enough hours. If they don't care about full time people how do they care about us. In short, no management or no technical staff to fix line right away. NO RESPECT FOR COLLEAGUES Operators and senior staff behaves with new and agency staff like they are the boss of the company. Anyone can behave rude with you and you have nowhere to go and complain. HR is there but has no role or power. Even if you complain nothing happens. If you LOVE YOUR RESPECT, THEN DON'T GO TO WORK HERE, my sincere advise. If they have mixed staff then this won't happen. Only people work there is Indians(specially my punjabi community) phillipinos and african people. WORST TEAMLEAD- MA**IR Every company should have JUST leaders. This lady unfortunately is the worst of worst. She belives in internal politics and divide staff by backbitting on their absence. On the face she behaves like very innocent person but she is SUPER POISONOUS. She always sends other people (who she don't like) to do hard jobs and never sends punjabi people or her friends(THIS IS DISCRIMINATION). A leader should be equal for everyone and not discriminating like this. She and her friends also steals food when there is potluck. Shame on her and other people who does that. Overall, if i can give 0 ratings then its more appropriate. I wish this company can improve. I shared my reviews only to spread awareness to other agency people. But never be judgemental. There are some good people too. So go and try yourself. Thanks

Did orientation with them a week ago. Was supposed to work yesterday, and today and they cancelled both days on me. The annoying part is I won't be paid for orientation until I work my first day. Well I am trying to but they won't allow me to come in and work. I feel like I may have wasted my time at orientation and wont even be paid for it. I even took out some of my piercings for this. Not happy at all. I got a job to work. Not sit around waiting.
