★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two men who delivered to east 24th street today were exceptional. Very professional and made the process completely pain free. The boxes for my couch wouldn't fit through my doorway so they opened them on my deck and carefully placed them in my livingroom
One of the modular pieces didn't fit my living room so they moved it to another room for me.
I had a very poor experience with teppermans delivery refusing to try to deliver my couch because my doorway has a privacy wall and I've been without a couch for a month. These guys reassured me they would try and were very solutions orientated.
If you order from Costco and these guys are delivering rest assured you are in good hands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I’m not impressed!! Waited at home yesterday for a delivery. Then the drivers said they can’t find my address. I sent a PIN as well as put on my location services, a text message for an address to put into their GPS and still nothing!! They actually had decided that they weren’t going to deliver it and it was going back to the warehouse before a resolve could be made. I even offered to drive out to the main intersection to help them out. NOPE acted like they couldn’t understand me. I have waited on the phone both yesterday and today for over an hour to speak to someone!!
You would think that when they returned with a shipment that Customer Service would reach out for some kind of resolution!! NOPE!! I think Costco needs to drop this service company like a hot potato!!
I will lodge a complaint with Costco as well for using such a terrible service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The white glove service... did their job, mostly, so I can't complain. They didn't fully assemble the electronics of mu chair so I had to figure out why it wasn't working when I first tried using it. Since they are contracted I understand that it would be impossible to train all staff on all assembly, but would have hoped they had glanced at the manual while doing the set up. It wasn't terribly complicated.
At least it was delivered on time and I didn't have to carry it up a flight of stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being able to track where your delivery is and when it will arrive is a huge help. Takes the guess work out of your day. They also called the night before and ahead of their arrival. They were friendly, courteous and set up my couch in no time. The whole process was super easy! Thank you ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a sofa set from Costco with white glove delivery service included which means set up and removal of packaging is included. However, when the delivery guys came they left it outside on the driveway and said I had to pay an extra $150 to bring it in. I ended up dragging the boxes in myself with the help of my 11 year old daughter!! Not the service I was promised.
Also, their tracking system seems really good at first until you realize it's not really in real time. It continued to show that there were still 3 deliveries ahead of me even after my sofa was dropped off on the driveway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers left without saying anything and leaving my vanity at my stair landing blocking my access to the top portion of my house. Had no clue about moving/delivering units. Moving 101 make sure your cabinets face up not towards the floor so they don’t fall on your feet when caring it up the stairs. - I just had a c-section and could not move or squeeze by had to call me senior parents to help us move it so we could go upstairs to.
No manager or anyone called to follow up on the situation.

The item received was heavy but they made quick work of carefully unpacking it and getting it up to the room. Assembly was completed with care and attention to detail. This team deserves accolades for a job well done. The delivery exceeded our expectations! Thank you to these fine gentlemen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a purchase through Costco and was advised by Beaver Transport that my order would delivery on Saturday. I received a call on Thursday asking if they could change the delivery date to Tuesday. When I said I wouldn't be home, I was told they wouldn't be in the area on Saturday - so I had no choice but to go with a Tuesday delivery.
I was advised I would receive delivery between 8-12. This then for pushed to 9-130.
The drivers arrived at 1:30pm and unloaded my product while I wasn't home. They carefully handled a box that was beyond damaged, and set it outside and left. I'm beyond shocked on how damaged the box was and they still delivered. Upon opening the box, my product was also damaged resulting in a call to Costco for a refund.
I wouldn't recommend this company.
