★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option, I would give this location zero stars. A total disgrace to the Pizza Hut franchise. Urge Pizza Hut to take action and protect it's image. The pizzas arrived with barely any filling. There was only baked dough...had ordered two stuffed pizzas...one chicken lovers and one with chicken and red pepper...there was literally nothing inside...paid $70 for pizzas not even worth $10 dollars. Will never order at this location again....have been getting Pizza Hut pizzas for a very long time. This is the first time Pizza Hut has completely shocked me and totally spoiled my son's birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to spoil your weekend evening and mood, go and order $10 veggie pizza at this location. Don't be surprised if you find a meat piece on one of your slices as found on mine slice!(Picture attached) Thank God, meat piece was on my slice and not on my wife, who is strictly vegetarian. It was the worst ever pizza I had from Pizza Hut!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse location ever. The staff is rude and no service. We ordered 2 deals and they key delaying and at the end we never got the pizza. Upon asking what happened they said they mixed up the order. We had to face so much embarrassment in front of our guests. When asked to speak to management, no one came on line and haven’t heard from them till yet. Bartley bull location in Brampton has the worse customer service. Don’t waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a large pan vegetable topped pizza. It was good but it appeared small. There was about a 2-finger wide spacing between the pizza and the box sides. I asked staff if this was the pizza was the correct size and was told yes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza looked great until we took a bite and the dough inside was all raw and gooey. Called the restaurant to inform them and they offered a credit to be used within a WEEK or to send a new pizza - they sent a new one, looked just as good, but same uncooked dough. Never had "bad" Pizza Hut ever - until this location!! Much rather drive to another location instead of ordering from this one!
