Before seeing Belinda, I was in a lot of pain from my desk job and longer commute. After a few weeks, she was able to relieve my pain in my neck and arm. I was able to scale back and go as maintenance. This was absolutely amazing as I was able to have full use of my arm - I was able to workout without pain and work without having to push through the pain. I moved to another province and miss her very much, the quality, professionalism and her bubbly demeanor is greatly missed.

I have been going to Belinda for massages on a regular basis for 10 plus years. She is very professional and her level of knowledge is second to none. She has helped me recover from injuries over the years along with monthly general overall maintenance. In the last 2 years I have developed Rheumatoid Arthritis and her magical hands have worked wonders on me. I highly recommend her, she is amazing!!

I can't say enough about Bee. From the moment we met I felt like we were old friends. She asked me so many questions to try and get to the route of my needs and really listened. My body is a mess so we still have a ways to go but I felt relief even after my first session. Her hands are magic and she is so knowledgeable in so many areas. She is now a permanent fixture in my self care routine and I look forward to my next session.

I first met Belinda, about 5 years ago, shortly after I had a double mastectomy. I was looking for a Therapist who had worked on patients in my situation. After screening several Therapists, Belinda assured me, she had done this type of work before and had great success. The first time I actually met Belinda, I immediately felt at ease.  She was kind, gentle (at first), and explained what she was doing and why.  I had heard from several Therapists that I would most likely never get my full range of motion back.  Belinda never said or made me feel this way. As time progressed, my range of motion increased and the more intense my massages became, the better I felt and my range of motion came back fully.  It was very clear, very quickly that the drive to see Belinda was well worth it, and I never looked back. I continued to see Belinda through my reconstruction and for ongoing back issues.  Belinda is not a mind reader; however, her hands are a body reader. When she first runs her hands over your body, she can immediately find your problem area. Her hands go to work and the magic happens.  She knows when to be gentle, but she also knows when to go deep. If it’s that deep tissue massage your body needs, Belinda can deliver, and then some. Belinda is an amazing person, inside and out. She is outgoing, friendly and always knows if you want to talk or if it’s silence you need. So now after 4 years and numerous massages, I would never think to ever look anywhere else for a Massage Therapist. I would highly recommend Belinda to anyone who asked.  No matter what your ailment, Belinda knows how to handle it, but she is also there for you as a person. I would follow Belinda wherever she went, as after having many different Therapists in my life, I’ve never found anyone as good as Belinda.  I trust her with any ailment I may have, and I trust her as a person.  If it’s an honest, caring and professional Therapist you are looking for, stop looking, as Belinda will be your last stop. Review for Belinda: When I went to see Belinda (Bee), I was in incredible pain! Pain from falling; pain from migraine; pain from back spasms; pain from osteoarthritis; pain from tendinosis; pain from a deviated tailbone; pain from my pain..... With my body having multiple locations of pain, Bee has been incredibly thorough in finding the specific root locations on my body that need treatment, and actually treating them to lessen and release the pain. One by one, she has been going through each and every area of my concern. This has been so incredibly important to me as I have areas that have been taking a 'back seat' by other practitioners and therefore were never being fully addressed. In my first treatment she literally went through from the tips of my toes to the top of my head. Having been suffering pain in my toe joints, ankles, legs, knees, hips, low back, shoulders, neck, back of my head, ears, and top of my head and face from migraine, Bee literally has been treating every single thing that hurts. I highly recommend this dual practitioner (osteo/massage) if you want the root of your pain found and treated. The sessions do entail some discomfort, but Bee adjusts her level of pressure accordingly to make sure you are feeling ok. She communicates through the pain release which makes her treatments very successful. By you communicating where you hurt and with her communicating what she is finding, I have always left feeling so much better than when I went in. She's improved the quality of my day each time I see her. Bee is a very rare practitioner to find. Her practice rooms are very private, you feel safe with her, and the atmosphere and soft music make her space very comfortable. 10/10.

Belinda was recommended to me by a friend and this was the first treatment I've ever had by anyone and I was a little skeptical.
