Love this place, beautiful condos they have, condo fees are a bit pricey

Very nice upscale condominiums. Indoor pool and workout room as well as guest services area for if you have out of town guests that need a place to stay.

This building gives you the peace and quiet you crave while giving you all the entertainment you could possibly want a short distance away. Perfect for the retired who still want to be entertained and the snowbirds who want ease of travel to those southern destinations while having a secure residence.

These Condo Apartments are ‘Niagara Falls’ best kept secret’, according to the site’s Super, Bob Flewell and his very able and enthusiastic team of associates. Bob with Brett and Gary, go above and beyond to make it happen. When we bought a unit here in 2012, it was just an ‘investment’, but after living there, we made friends; The ‘Mansions of Forest Glen’, as they are known, offer great amenities like Exercise Room, Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna. There is a library, lounge, pool table and bridge sessions and events in the function room are frequent keeping this place alive and happening in a quiet, but mature ethos. Tenants are wonderful and respect each other. There is all round concern for each other. The address is just 7 km away from the Falls and a short drive from Niagara-on-the-lake and it’s 100 plus wineries. We sold there recently, but the remorse that set in later, wasn’t small. I now know what, ‘you can’t check out anytime you like, but you can never leave...’ really means. Bob and team, both Zerina and I, pray that we will be in your care again, very soon!

Nice apartments. A friend lives here and the place is kept top quality. They are very serious about keeping the tenants safe and the superintendent personally greets visitors to ensure COVID-19 guidelines are met. Kudos to him for taking an active role as well as overseeing such a beautiful facility. This is as place I would live in if I were to move to an apartment. Location is convenient. Parking is excellent. The apartments themselves are well laid out and spacious. There are shared or bookable activity rooms for tenants. How great is that! Again bravo.

Best location for a condo. Quiet residential area. Can be a little noisy when the students are outside the adjacent school. Well maintained. Good amenities.

Recently I had the sudden thought of going to google to express my feelings about living in the new building of Mansions of Forest Glen, but I discovered that more than one year ago, there was already a resident, because he moved out of this building, he started to miss the happy and satisfying time of living here. His emotional expression of looking forward to moving back here again, has deeply touched me. This is a hard to find mid-rise building. Not only it has a well-equipped gym, a spacious and bright indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi pool, a sauna, but it also has a library dedicated to a variety of books, as well as a large party/dinning room that can accommodate hundreds of people. There is also a cheap guest suite for family and friends of the residents. Its outdoor environment is also very beautiful! Not only this building is surrounded by large green space and flowers, but the back of the building also provides residents with outdoor barbecue equipment and conditions for outdoor dining in warm weather, as well as views of woods and creeks where you can also take a walk and just absorb fresh air... The structure of the units is an open concept. The exterior walls of the building are mainly made of concrete and brick. (I don’t really like those condo buildings made of glass, and they are not strong) The super and concierges of this building are very hospitable, patient, and caring. Residents can regularly participate in different activities such as coffee, reading, bridge, billiards, hiking and other activities. This building is very safe and residents here receive high-quality community services. We are grateful that we have found this ideal living environment after searching condos in many areas over the years. Lisa
