And stop trying to grain access to my fence or yard. I've watched you go to and from my side gates trying to gain your own access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received an automated call to replace my meter. Selected the book right now option and waited on hold for over 20 minutes. Now keep in mind, this was an automated cold call. Was asked to provide my first and last name. Now, since I did not have 100% confirmation that this was not a phishing call, I kindly asked if they could provide the first name and I would provide the last. Answer was no and that I was welcome to call back on the official number and wait on hold for 20+ minutes again. No respect for customers trying to protect their personal information.

Waiting forever....my call will be answered shortly!! Of course this is only due to COVID!!?? Please employ some people!!!! This is so frustrating and a "sorry" just doesn't cut it!!!

Under the pandemic circumstances, I’m sure there are many many calls for help. She went above and beyond to help us, set us up on a budget and make sure we could afford it . Today I sang her praises to many !! Thank you so much!!!

He told us what the problem was and even wrote the serial number and model number of our furnace so we can buy the part. He went out of his way to help customer. Salute to Jim! You are one of a kind technicinan and we needed people like you un hydro. Keep up the good work! Hydro is lucky to have you. Thank you again and again
