★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a massage. Had a great experience. If you have insurance coverage they direct bill which is nice. Easy to get to for people who live or work downtown. For those who don't you can park and Portage Place and use the skywalk to get to it.

My biggest reason for the 5 stars is the chiropractor, Dr. Karen Boden. Until I met her, I'd been to 2 different chiropractors and was convinced that chiropractors don't do a thing. I went to see her and I can honestly say that she plays a big part in helping me to manage my chronic back pain.
Dr. Boden uses a drop table and tension machine vs. manual manipulation. She was also a registered massage therapist prior so she has an understanding of how muscles work with the spine.
You need to see her!
