★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found my experience VERY unprofessional. Waited for almost 2 months prior to the engineers first visit, to still have nothing come of it. Tried getting in touch with them for 2 weeks! Through email and leaving voicemail. No response. When I tell them that I’m going with another consultant, then all of a sudden I get a response within minutes! Lack of communication, common curtsey to at least respond and waste of time. Will never use them again, nor recommend them.
