I was across country at the time and wasn't buying immediately. She nurtured that 3 months phone relationship until we moved to calgary and got us our dream hone within a week for a VERY good price point. She won't push you to bid higher...or unreasonably. I loved her soft touch ..it made it easy to work with her. Thank you Mamie!
