However, not all their baristas seem to know how to make a proper latte or froth milk correctly for the type of beverage ordered…
The only barista that has made consistent well done lattes has been the french male barista and I am always very much relieved when he takes my order because i know i wont waste money.
Otherwise, if asked politely they will gladly make another one but Its become so recurrent at this point that I only order my latte if I have the french guy take my order!
Please keep in mind that this has been recent and apart from this , i have nothing but good to say about this place.
I have every hope that after seeing this review they will adapt and re-train their baristas if needed :)
Ps. Their raspberry and white chocolate scones are to die for!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by on the way to visit someone and surprise them with dessert. Really nice place over all and super friendly service. Got a lemon merengue tart which was excellent sweet and tart in the same bite. Other dessert got a custard and cherry tart which was perfect, however very rich if you are not sharing. Picked up some bread while I was there as well, good baguettes but not the best in town. Definitely worth the stop for great desserts. It is a bit pricey 2 tarts and 2 baguettes set me back around $19.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a treat to have lunch at Mamie Clafoutis. Staff at the Fleury location are welcoming and helpful. We ordered a couple of lunch specials that came with a choice of sandwich, pastry and hot beverage. The food was prepared with care and ingredients were fresh. The pastries were delicate and I enjoyed the matcha tea. Tip: they can make any type of coffee, tell the staff ahead if you’re lactose intolerance as they have alternatives to milk like oat milk, soy milk, etc. Well done.
