I have been seeing Jen at Mama Method through my pregnancy and it has kept me feeling strong and motivated! Jen takes her time making sure you’re using the optimal posture and you leave feeling energized and stronger. Cant wait to continue to see her through postpartum!

Jen is amazing. For two years pain in my hip was limiting my activities. I needed to take Advil every day to help manage it. I tried physiotherapy to no avail. Weekly sessions with Jen have gotten rid of the pain, and she’s helping me build back my muscle strength and flexibility. Long walks in Italy, here we come!

It's been absolutely wonderful working with Jenn! She is a great listener and understands your needs from the first session. I came to her to strengthen my core after having a baby 2 years ago, and hopefully reduce pain and find more balance in my body overall. I started doing hypos with her, and after a couple of sessions and trying at home (with a recording of her voice that she provided) i realized, it does not suit for me this type of exercise. She was super understanding and changed the dynamic of the session to Pilates reformer, and i couldn't be happier. In a couple of sessions i have seen improvement in my core, legs, shoulders and arms. She is very creative with exercises and even encourages you to do them at home! I would recommend Jenn to anybody that is looking for a personal approach in a safe environment with amazing music :) Thanks Jenn!!

I have really loved working with Jen during our 1:1 session. I have always been curious about Clinical Pilates and when I found out I was pregnant, I was looking for targeted way to workout without putting too much stress on my body or my baby. Mama Method was the solution to my problem. At the beginning of every session Jen checks in with me to see how I am feeling and uses the session to focus on my body needs. She is super professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. At the end of every session, I always feel relaxed and stronger with less muscle tension. I look forward to continue working with Jen pre and postpartum.

I cannot recommend Jen enough! I had a long labour my body felt a bit destroyed, but she’s helped so much to get my body feeling strong again. With Jen I’m able to feel safe while also leaving feeling like I had a real workout. She’s great at making tiny changes to my positions to make sure I’m never relying on my back and always giving me cues to trigger my pelvic floor. My body feels so much more like mine just after a handful of sessions. ❀️

Jen has been so helpful keeping me feeling strong and flexible during pregnancy. Everything feels very meaningful and intentional for my growing body. I am now 37 weeks pregnant and still attending sessions with Jen and hope to continue to right until the last possible week. I always leave feeling better than when I came. I look forward to working with Jen from a different perspective postpartum.

I have been working with Jen doing 1:1 prenatal sessions. From my first session, I have always felt welcomed and encouraged. Our time together is filled with different Pilates and stretching exercises. Jen is motivating, knowledgeable, and patient. I always leave feeling great with a relaxed mind and body. Her studio is also super cute and clean!

I completed Jenn's postpartum level 1 and 2 six months after my delivery. I was feeling well rested and ready to begin my recovery journey but did not know where and how to start. ( I'm a first time mom and I had never done this before!!!) Its hard enough to find time for yourself, but I made a commitment to allow myself to have an hour every week without my little guy or my husband. I am 100% glad I did. My practice with Mama Method became my weekly highlight where I get to focus on my body and mind. Jenn's knowledge, kind/warm guidance, intuitive cues were just a few of many reasons I found her class to be so wonderful. Jenn creates a safe and welcoming environment for everyone and I enjoyed the community even though classes were online. Through the gentle and mindful progression that builds on each level, I gained confidence in my movements and recovery mindset. The postpartum journey can be frustrating at times physically and it takes patience for yourself to get back to where you want to be. I'm glad I had Mama Method supporting me throughout. 5 months post, I'm feeling as good as ever physically and mentally, and I'm back doing what I've always done pre-pregnancy like weight lifting, jogs and hiking. I can't wait for the flow class!!
