★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first gym I’ve ever joined. I started with an introductory 7 week kickboxing session and haven’t looked back ever since. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years now. The instructors are great and friendly and I do both kickboxing with Ritchie/Chris and strength and conditioning with Michael. All are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great for beginners and no meat heads at this gym!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there, i don't want to give 1 star review hence the 3 stars and I'm sure it all comes from a good place and lack of insight but wow was i offended by the following on your website:
"Imagine how great you’re going to look and feel in 6 months.
Look forward to all the clothes that you’ll be able to fit back into – old suits or dresses that you loved wearing years ago.
And picture all the compliments you’ll get when your friends see you looking 10 years younger."
It's not all about looks and wearing tight clothes and showing off your "summer bod" to people.
It's about empowerment and health as well. The fact that the focus here is about appearance just makes this entire establishment lose its respect for what its built on.
It's awesome to fit into smaller clothes and look good physically but maybe add in there, feel empowered, strong, proud, rather than just thinking all we want and need is to fit into tight clothes. Really really disappointing.
I hope you take this as enlightenment and constructive criticism because we don't need more advertisements reinforcing what's wrong in our society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great communication from Ritchie, friendly atmosphere, engaged instructors and an overall great place to workout. Signed up for the trial month but already made my mind to continue even from the first class. I encourage anyone that wants to better their health and fitness to give it shot.

I'm a beginner in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Ritchie and I love how holistic the teaching style is. I feel very welcomed, and the more senior students are so patient and willing to help. There's a great culture of giving back. Good classes and a wonderful community.

The instructors Mike and Ritchie are extremely knowledgeable and come up with some drills that really get your body going.
Everyone in the class is friendly and helps you out without any questions.
It’s a great environment to be in and I’m happy with my decision.
