β β β β β I had brought in a large number of items here for alternations and they have done a tremendous job in re-sizing shirts, dresses, taking jeans, and hem work. I have saved a large amount of clothing waste by alterations with this business. I feel they charge fair and reasonable pricing taking into consideration the business need to pay FAIR wages for the labour work, earn a living and pay overhead costs. Generally, if you need alterations, you should consider if the cost of the alterations out weigh the price of the clothing. The ladies here have always been friendly ,courteous and always communicated what needed to be done so there will be no surprises at pick up. I am very happy with the quality of work they have done for me. Their point of sale system is fantastic because it provides printed receipt that shows clearly the work needed to be done, pricing and pickup.

β β β β β They do all the work quickly and efficiently. The quality of their work is way too nice. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Everything is done professionally. They also do embroidery and the quality is best. If you want last minute alteration done, then this is the place. best for everything.

β β β β β I've been coming for here years. They have done everything for me from hemmed jeans, taken in the waist, fixed a bridesmaid dress, and shortened straps on dresses. Their work is awesome, staff is kind. Also, their prices are fair.

β β β β β I used their service for my pants cut. It took me a week to get the job done and the pants were not cut as I instructed. When I complained about the issue, I was very insulted by the way they talked to me. They did my pants again and they did good job, but customer service was pretty garbage.
Funny thing is that it only took them 30min to re-cut my pants when they made me wait 1 week previously.

β β β β β Came here to get my work pants tailored. They bring you into a fitting room and measure you to get your size. The lady working there gave me her opinion on the length, which was helpful. It was a bit pricey, but fortunately it was my company that covered the cost. Brought it in on Saturday and received my work pants on Tuesday afternoon for pick up. Overall, a solid place but somewhat pricey.

β β β β β Found the quality of work reasonable and noticed the "manager" reads reviews and responds. That seems like a positive observation. My issue was taking the time to ask the cost prior for the work being done, then arriving to pick up the alteration and the price went up 25%. No goods unless I pay the higher fee. I explained I was given the price prior to handing them the order. She said the other person must have made a mistake in the pricing and that it is now this higher price. It's hard to feel for these businesses when they do you over like that.
