I was moving a vehicle that had been parked for a long time. Before getting very far I realized that the tires had gone flat. Being forced to leave it at a local gas station, I started to search for someone who could help. After a few phone call to other companies I came across Majestic. His phone conduct was fantastic. I left my keys and the money in the car and the next day the car made it to it's destination.
10/10 Will recommend to friends/family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with this guy (He said his name was John). Hired him to tow my Subaru Legacy from Leduc to Edmoton. When he delivered the car, the car's floor and side panels were damaged by his handling of the car. I refused to pay, he then took the car away and stored it in his backyard. I called the police and they suggested I must pay and then go to civil court to have this resolved. I called Majestic and was told the charge has now increased 4 times (added storage fee for 4 hours of 300$). I paid full amount, removed the car and called my insurance. They took the car for appraisal and found the damage in excess of 2500$. At that time I left the case with my insurance. "Stay away" would be my mildest suggestion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mechanic called this guy (based on what I've looked into, this business is just one or two operators) to tow my car to the shop. It got there in good condition and on time, but while he was getting the car, he wrecked up the overhang on my garage because he refused to lower his lifting arm or roll the car back a foot or two so he wouldn't hit the structure. Pretty sure he knew what he did because he left before payment was fully processed without saying a word before we could come out and notice the damage. I probably wouldn't even be writing this review if the guy had copped to his mistake or even picked up the phone when I tried to call about it.
Needless to say, the good tow was not worth the damage to my property, and calling both the company's numbers yielded only voicemail, in spite of their alleged 24 hour service listing.
