L	LYRA FARM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lors de notre première rencontre, il (LOUIS ALLAIRE propriétaire) n’a pas du tout écouté nos besoins et il a sortie une estimation qui était dans notre budget mais sans la moitié des choses qui étaient sur le plan. De plus, j’ai du moi même trouver la moitié des contracteurs. 2e rencontre c’était le bordel son estimation était 200k plus cher que la première et tout ça parce que supposément que nous avions fait plusieurs changements. Il n’a jamais voulu nous redonner le dépôt initial de 5000$ car il parait que son salaire est de 175$ de l’heure.. il n’a pas non plus voulu faire une facture. Nous nous étions fait avertir par des amis/famille de ne pas faire affaire avec lui et nous avons voulu lui donner une chance puisqu’il est relié à la famille... PIRE ERREUR. *****Ne faite pas affaire avec lui.*** Puisque nous n’avons pas été approuvé pour l’augmentation de 200k nous avons décidé de faire l’auto construction. Jamais mieux servi que par nous-mêmes! During our first meeting, he (owner LOUIS ALLAIRE) did not listen to our needs at all and he produced an estimate that was within our budget but without half the things that were on the plan. In addition, I myself found half of the contractors. 2nd meeting was a mess, its estimate was 200k more expensive than the first and all because supposedly we had made several changes. He never wanted to give us back the initial deposit of $ 5,000 because it seems that his salary is $ 175 an hour. he also didn't want to make an invoice. We were told by friends / family not to do business with him and we wanted to give him a chance since he is related to the family ... WORST MISTAKE. *** Don't do business with him. ***** Since we were not approved for the 200k increase we decided to self-build. Never better served than by ourselves!

J'ai été visiter une maison avec Louis Allaire et il était très professionnel. J'ai pu remarquer la qualité des maisons. J'ai hâte de pouvoir avoir ma maison de Maisons Allaire :) My parents are staying at Ange-Gardien just next to the Maisons Allaire project and WOW that the houses are beautiful! I went to visit a house with Louis Allaire and he was very professional. I was able to notice the quality of the houses. I can't wait to have my Maisons Allaire home :)
