He has been patient and provided expert advice on the problem and I have seen some major improvements. I have also gotten massages here and the RMTs are very professional. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating !

I gave up and walked away after 20 minutes... Who knows how long they would have left anyone waiting in limbo. It is not a staffing issue. It's a process issue. All the staff should bear some responsibility when dealing with their customers. Good onboarding of new patients and communication process for appointments. Too bad they don't have a process for keeping them.

He got me to relax and breath while working on injury, and gave me my movement back. 5 stars to all the staff! Great support from them as well. First ones you see and last one when you leave.

Great service and professionalism. I am in better shape than I was in 10 years ago and that is without surgery. Would heartily recommend him and the team.

They use the latest treatments at their clinic and offer Online Platform appointments also which I have taken advantage of. I have been seeing Andrew and the Team there for many years due a disabling Injury and have appreciated their dedication to keeping and maintaining my mobility, to be Active!

He answered any queries that I had regarding my condition, and he progressed my exercise routine so that I gradually gained both range and strength. The clinic staff were friendly and welcoming. I also had acupuncture treatment for my neck pain from Deanna Jensen. She was also very professional and knowledgeable and was extremely efficient with needling. I had 6 treatments and my neck problem was resolved. I would highly recommend this clinic and staff.

The front desk was very pleasant and helpful with clear direction for Covid protocols. I was seen on time. Andrew’s demeanour is professional and easygoing. He is conscious of your comfort level and takes the time to ensure you are fully informed of treatment and can manage your exercises. I love the virtual follow up option and that they submitted my insurance for me. Great all round experience!
