Very informative, skillful and supportive.
The clinic itself is easy to get to with parking right in front and booking online couldn’t be easier.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An MRI revealed herniated disks that caused debilitating back and leg pain. While medication alleviated some of the pain, I sought out treatment from Caroline Kupka, an Osteopath at Burlington Proactive Wellness. This was with the permission of my Family Doctor. Within a few treatments I was able to find relief from the pain and began to function normally again. It was she who discontinued the treatments, advising that she felt that I had progressed to the point of not requiring them. She was so right. My Doctor was also pleased with my progress.
Caroline was very accommodating to my needs, personable and very professional in her approach. I would highly recommend Caroline and Burlington Proactive Wellness, and in fact have done so to some friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely phenomenal! I started seeing Laura smith with my last pregnancy in 2016 and have been seeing her monthly ever since! I always feel better after seeing her. It is also very easy to book online with anyone in the practice and the facility is extremely clean. I also see Caroline Kupka an amazing osteo and have received emergency services from Adam Houston who is also amazing! My 3 year old daughter and my partner also visit Caroline and they absolutely love her. So many great people!!! Highly recommended by me!

She has a very friendly way and always explains what she’s doing if you’re interested. I have been very impressed by the standards the office has implemented during Covid. I rate Ivory as a 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely happy with this place. RMT Lily Spengemann is helping me with my chronic back pain and muscle stiffness caused by long working hours on the computer. Over the past few years, I changed a few massage therapists, experience with Lili is a unique and completely different level. I feel blessed that I found her. There are really not enough words to express how grateful I am. I highly recommend her.

If I come in with a new ache/pain/concern she alters her treatment to focus on that area, which I do appreciate. She is also friendly and a joy to be around!
