No one answers the phone, but two people sit behind the desk doing what? I'm not sure, it has been over two weeks since I have had blood work, urine sample,psa ,ecg, full abdominal ultrasound and xrays. I've been told by facilities that do all that I have mentioned was all sent to the doctor almost ten days ago. The anxiety and stress that this is causing worrisome.

I see i am not the only one who has had problems with this office. I have never seen an office sooooo unorganized! And how can they just not answer the phone! Its a doctors office! I too sat waiting for an hour to see the doctor and when I spoke up I was in and out in 2 minutes. Brutal! Not to mention the pharmacist brought to my attention that the prescription i got was a conflict with something im already on! Uh good call...doc

Absolutely terrible. Worst doctors office you could possibly go to! My doctor retired about a year ago and this place took over. I never know who my doctor is as it changes on the prescriptions what seems to be every month. The staff are rude. When you call they make it seem like your wasting there time! I had an appointment at 2 and I sat in the waiting room for an hour and I was the only one there before they even looked after me. They are always unorganized. And the doctor that gave me my needle was rushing me to get out. She didn’t offer a bandaid or cotton ball for the blood running down my arm. I will never go back and I am finally changing my doctors! Would highly recommend finding any other doctors office!

This office had a physician leave ita clients without proper notice. Gave notice montha after the fact that he retired and then i learned he was working as a physician elsewhere in stoney creek. The drs and staff he left his practice to have consistently not followed through on their word with doing what they say. I consider this office incompetent in the field and i do not recommend them.

this office is in need of reform overseen by college of physicians in my opinion. My recent experiences have been very concerning and that is all I will say in a public forum as I plan on speaking with them personally on the matter at this point. Serious outcomes can occur when a doctor's office isn't able to properly handle their patient case load. I hope this office makes necessary changes asap or i have to consider other options for getting health care issues taken care of.

They told me to send fax for a prescription refill one week ahead....more like 3 weeks ahead. Had to stop taking my anxiety medication because "they didn't get the fax". So I brought in a physical refill form from the pharmacy and personally handed it to the receptionist. Five days later still no refill. Called to ask what's taking so long - "we only do refills on Wednesdays".....your closed Wednesdays how's that even possible?? They are creating more anxiety then helping me control it. Negligence.

This is the absolute worst Dr. Office. Not only does the staff have no clue what they are talking about, but they don't follow through with any specialist appointments booked etc. They are also quite rude on the telephone. My BF had set 3 separate appointments to have an MRI completed and to see a specialist - they didnt book the specialist appointment and then "forgot" to send off the MRI request. Its been a year and a half and still nothing. I could go on with more scenarios but I will not. I will be reporting them for mal practice due to their complete lack of adequacy also I believe they are submitting paperwork that they are booking appointments when they really are not.

I'm not sure why this clinic has such a terrible review rating. I have never had a problem calling and being able to speak with someone right away. They have had to fax requisitions and prescriptions for me a couple times and were always right on top of it. The clinical staff are very friendly and listen attentively. They are very thorough with my medical care. I'm quite happy with my experience dealing with them and feel well taken care of.
