Left paper towels on clients body. Have been at other facilities for similar procedure and was treated well with technician performing after care. Technician will be reported to regulatory body.

Did not fax results to our Doctor as they said they would. Had to call back to get them to send results. Our specialist is now sending us to another ultrasound because she does not trust the results of this clinic..

The stairs you have to climb just to get there and not to mention the ultrasound tech wasnt friendly. I will way though that the receptionist was amazing. She definitely knows how to treat a customer/client. I liked her a lot but I never went back because of that tech.
M	Maria Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment booked for 3:30pm. Not seen until 3:50pm. Staff said they usually run 20min behind schedule at this location. Technician was nice. Took off stars for lack of punctuality as I had to make arrangements to leave work to be on time for this (even though they were late). Also, this location is not accessible - parking is across busy main street with no stop lights nearby. Would not recommend it if you have mobility issues.
A	A Girl Has No Name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great. Super friendly, courteous & fast. I was in before another place even called me back! They were also very helpful & answered all my annoying questions. I was also in alot of pain & they were very good with that. I got in fast and was cared for very graciously. I got the results in 2 days. Total process was less than a week! Highly recommend.
