P	Peter Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst receptionist I have ever had to deal with. We have been trying to get in as a new patient for our then 6 month old. Everytime we call we were answered by a rude receptionist. She'd say we aren't taking new patients yet, call back in a month. Fine we did, every month. Today got to voicemail stating new patients were being accepted, but on a waitlist. Call back and the receptionist said no new patients period. Then we asked about the voicemail and waitlist. She's like yes there's a waitlist. We ask how long so we can put our name down. She says " that's a loaded question, there's a few people, more than 5". We ask politely how many then 5,10 15 people? Can u let us know how many . She's like more than 5, so if it that's too many for you than that's more than a few. Then we ask like in a month maybe, she's like I don't know, there's a wait list. If this receptionist is supposed to be the voice behind your company, you better find some one that's better mannered and way more polite. We will gladly keep looking for a different office. No clue how good the dr is, since we never got past the gatekeeper of a receptionist.

First off they don’t answer their phones properly, and when your turn does come they don’t take you to your room they just tell you to go back there and you wait more like a fool. They need to hire new assistants.
T	Tanisha Pooni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been Dr. Naidu's patient since she opened her own clinic. My last doctor was a nightmare, old and cranky. Dr. Naidu's clinic is very upbeat and positive. I love going there. Definitely a plus having a pharmacy under the same roof. She herself is very kind and understanding. Very friendly doctor. Highly recommend making her your family doctor if you're looking for a good lady doctor.

The doctor of this clinic needs to review their staff as they are unfit to work in a medical clinic I called them to make an enquiry, was stopped mid sentence and told that they were not taking patients and then just hung up on me. This is unacceptable from a medical clinic. I wouldn't go here if you want a clinic that cares about helping people.
P	Paula Ramor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Narwhal is a lovely doctor. He is very personable and thorough. Does not push medication, but looks deeper into your symptoms and orders tests accordingly and thoughtfully. He is also fabulous with the kids and they really like him. His office staff are very hot and miss though. Some days you get a friendly receptionist. Other days you get someone who almost seems dismissive, or too busy to pay common courtesies. Sadly, this part of the visit is usually very disappointing. Dr. Narwhal himself gets the 5+ stars but the office staff take some of that away.
