★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with him for 13 years and yet it is nearly impossible to book an appointment with him. I booked a phone appointment twice for a referral to a specialist urgently and yet no call backs. I ended up going to a clinic which took care of my needs in less than a week. There is no point in saying there are phone appointments if you do not get back to your patients and calling just makes it worse, they have no remorse they just book appointments without any intention of getting back to the clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely the worse... They do not care about their clients. Receptionist tell you one thing and than another. Its been days and I have not been able to get my medication because they said they faxed the prescription. Which they did not... I called to follow up with shoppers and they said nothing was faxed of. Called the clinic again and was told another story. Hung up on repetitively. Now to be told the doctor wants to have a check in. Get a new job if you cant handle answering the phone and being a decent human being.
