Dealt with Justine Nguyen she was so unprofessional and very rude.. Went next door to Excel were so welcoming and polite, what a difference. we would not recommend.

Me and my partner have been searching for new homes in Mahogany. we went into the Jayman show home and met with Justine Nguyen. She was so unprofessional and very rude. We were so confused as to why Jayman homes would have someone so unprofessional represent them. Hope it was just a bad day.

We had a meeting with Clare. She was so unprofessional and rude. It's a shame that Jayman has recruited such sales. She didn't even bother to answer our inquiries properly. Please stay away from her.

I have been calling them for over a year now to deal with weeds that are as tall as myself (5’2) now. At first they were small but now that they have grown so tall they are starting to seed and blowing everywhere. I am frustrated by the lack of communication from Jayman, they have done absolutely nothing but give me the run around. It has put my puppy’s health at risk due to them getting stuck on his fur and swallowing it trying to remove them.

Horrilbe company overall, do not deal with this type of company. With so many excellent builders in Calgary do not settle for Jaymen.

Better hope that you won’t have issues with the job quality of built, because if you do, Jayman won’t honor their side of deal to fix it. Everything will be brushed off for later - never

Their negligence and lack of support has put my dog's health at risk. There is two empty lots next to our home, covered in weeds up to 5' tall. We have called numerous times to have it addressed but no action has been taken since last summer. Initially this was just an eyesore, plus the seeds being constantly blown into our yard. Last week there was some major wind then blew all the "foxtails" (second photo) into our yard. These are very dangerous to pets as they get caught in their fur, and when they try to remove it can get caught in their throat as well. We had quite the scare with our puppy last week due to the negligence of Jayman Homes. I have taken my concerns to the City now. We are on our 3rd complaint as obviously Jayman doesn't care. Hopefully the City can address this issue as Jayman's negligence could have killed my dog.

Stressful and dishonest experience at mahogany front drive sales center. I’ll be relocating to Calgary with two young kids in 2022. And I was looking for a builder in SE Calgary that can build our house by August 2022. In mahogany builders were not agreeing to the August 2022 timeline (until) I unfortunately made the mistake of going to Jayman front attach garage showhomes in mahogany and upon sharing my situation and dilemma with them, I was promised by the area sales manager that Jayman will have the house built by end of June or July 2022…August for sure..no issue. we confirmed multiple times on timeline and he said YES multiple times believe in Jayman. We made the mistake of believing in Jayman. I canceled my conditional deal with the other builder …where the starting price of the house was $30K less (same sqt. and block i have the contract to prove). I took this financial hit just on the promise to have my house built by August 2022. That’s where my nightmare started. I invested time and energy learn about the house details and Jayman process, house pricing, learning about jayman financials (which the area sales manager kept pushing on us, in a very rude and demeaning way). Since we had one week to sort this out, I even had to attend a few meetings without my husband as my baby got sick, and it was very hard to manage my family needs. I signed the conditional agreement on November 13th and I even put up with the area sales manager insulting racist comments towards my parents and rudeness towards my younger brother as I have invested so much energy in this contract with Jayman while sacrificing my family needs and Jayman could see that and used it against me. When I got back home, With unclear instructions on mortgage approval letter there was a stressful back and forth with jayman on mortgage approval. During the stressful back and forth process between my mortgage specialist, one day Jayman called and dropped the bomb that the house can’t be built at the time discussed at signing on Nov 13th. I had tears in my eyes, I have paid $30K more to Jayman just on time basis And now, Jayman rep went back on his words without any hesitation. On the call he also said if you continue with us, I’m talking with my boss and we will lock in your price (this was another lie). Then a few days later he called and told me good news. My boss said he will price guarantee you and lock in your contract price and protect you from any price increases, but jayman cannot build in that timeline (another lie)…. I have been so disturbed and was unable to sleep thinking about the timeline promise and how it was made on Jayman performance and broken with a 2 min call. I thought the worst was behind me and started looking at expensive renting options….i agreed to continue with Jayman, i felt i was in too deep, i should just take this bitter news and keep going. But betrayal didn’t stop there, on the phone by November 30th, one day before the conditional sale agreement due date, this sales manager called to tell me Jayman is unable to price lock me as well without any hesitation.Today, I have Jayman's revision telling me to sign an agreement with an unknown start or end day of the house build, plus no price lock guarantee. I feel trapped. Jayman wants me to sign this phony clause now by Dec 8th. I feel so stressed out and have not been able to sleep or eat properly for days. It's impacting my mental health in a negative way. I have made a fool of myself, got my family insulted, got a phony contract from Jayman and most importantly no home for my family. No respect for people's time and effort. No respect to their mental health and negative impact on their families due their dishonest schemes. I have no trust left in Jayman. Makes me wonder about Jayman core values and management who gives authority to Jayman sale centers to abuse the average citizen. I had never built a house in my life and was vulnerable and now I’m stuck in this madness created by Jayman. What are my options? any suggestions??
