We have been very pleased with the building process of our new home from beginning to end. It has been a stress free process. The girls, Chalsey and Rachel, made the whole process very smooth and they were on top of things at all times. They provided weekly updates on our house that we looked forward to every week to see the progress of the house. They were always available to answer any questions and always returned our phone calls promptly. This was our first experience building a home with Hopewell and it has been an awesome experience! Making selections of color schemes and upgrades were much easier than we anticipated them to be. We are very happy with Hopewell and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Construction managers did a great job with the walk through. Initially was very skeptical about the builder as they didn't have any reviews and took a chance. They didn't disappoint me. Great sales team and they were able to get answers to our questions quickly. They were down to earth and not pushy, which we appreciated. I was also unsure of the design selection initially as someone said previously, though the options are beautiful and Carrie helped immensely to ensure everything went well together. Love how everything turned out. Lastly, shout out to Derek our site supervisor. He gave lots of good tips and was very thorough during our multiple walk throughs.

We have had an excellent experience along the whole process, starting with the sales team, with Graham and Ron. Always prompt to answer our emails, and assist with any questions we had. We were slightly skeptical of the new design process, as we had built before with another builder and it was quite different. Hopewell's process was much more efficient. The options seemed limited at first, however we found the exact style that matched our taste, and would've picked the same options even if there was more selection. Our site Supervisor was also very helpful, giving lots of great advice for maintenance, and had a good understanding of how everything worked. Couldn't be happier!!
