J'ai appelé en magasin avant de me présenter et la personne avec qui j'ai parlé était très courtoise, a pris le temps de m'expliquer la procédure pour répondre à mon problème concernant mon MacBook et a fait preuve de beaucoup de transparence. Quand je me suis présentée en magasin pour aller faire réparer mon ordinateur, la même chose est arrivée. Très bon service à la clientèle et service ultra rapide. En 48 heures, mon ordinateur était réparé et quand je suis passé en magasin le chercher tout était parfait et ils ont même pris le temps de nettoyer mon écran, ce à quoi je ne m'attendais pas du tout. Je les recommande fortement!
Excellent service! I called the store before introducing myself and the person I spoke with was very courteous, took the time to explain the procedure to me to answer my problem regarding my MacBook and was very transparent. When I went to the store to get my computer repaired, the same thing happened. Very good customer service and super fast service. In 48 hours, my computer was repaired and when I went to the store to find it everything was perfect and they even took the time to clean my screen, which I did not expect at all. I highly recommend them!

He did not try to replace parts that did not need replacement, and took upon himself to spend the time required for an accurate diagnostic. The problem that I had was intermittent, meaning that it was difficult to identify or reproduce on demand. I am a programmer and I usually fix my computer problems by myself, but this time I don't regret handing my laptop to Nabil at Magnifix repair. I will go there again whenever I have another computer issue I do not have time to take care of, as I know I can trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stop by there store today in because my iPhone was having an issue with the charging. I would and putnpresure put the wire in and gradually the charging was becoming more and more difficult for the past 3 months. It was practically getting impossible to charge it. I would have to giggle the wire and put pressure for it to charge. I knew that I had a bill coming to fix if I wanted to keep it. I stop by this place before going to Apple because I have heard previously that these place often charge much lower prices then Apple. They took my phone and look it inside, he took his instrument and use air to blow inside and removed and big piece of dust and my phone works fine now. How much did all of this cost me.... 0$ Honestly I would have been very confortable paying about 40$ for their expertise and solving my problem, but them not charging me anything for their services, truly showed me their integrity ! Thank you for solving my problem !
