★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moins belle expérience client que d'ordinaire j'ai acheté un nouveau téléphone et avant en payant les frais d'activation il transférais les données du vieux cellulaire au nouveau cellulaire mais maintenant FINI ! Les frais de 40$ dollars d'activation et ensuite arrange toi toi-même pour transférer tes données, contactes et autres comme si tout le monde était confortable avec ça ! Et durant la signature du contrat tout se fesait en même temps. Mais les personnes qui nous servent sont toujours aussi gentil et professionnels seulement les directives qui viennent dans haut qui m'exaspère tout sur le dos de la covid-19 moi s de service et toujours aussi cher ! $$$
Less good customer experience than usual I bought a new phone and before by paying the activation fees it transferred the data from the old cell phone to the new cell phone but now FINISHED! The activation fee of $ 40 dollars and then arrange yourself to transfer your data, contacts and the like as if everyone is comfortable with it! And during the signing of the contract everything was done at the same time. But the people who serve us are always so nice and professional just the guidelines that come in top annoys me all at the expense of the covid-19 me s service and still dear! $$$

se permet de tutoyer les client plus age fait un roulement d'oeil quand ont lui pose des question sur les difference de telephone comportement inacceptable je vais me plaindre sur cette vendeuse.

On nous fait clairement sentir que nous sommes de trop! 0 renseignements sur le nouveau téléphone... pour une dame de 84 ans! Un appel à Koodo s impose.
A big 0. Employee who admitted to having received only a brief training. 2 new employees only for a Saturday. Data lost. Almost 4 hours to just change the device. We are clearly made to feel that we are too many! 0 information on the new phone ... for an 84 year old lady! A call to Koodo is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venu pour faire réparer un téléphone Koodo brisé (comme indiqué par le site Telus et le service client), on nous répond qu’ils ne savent pas faire. Total 2h perdues d’allers retours entre Telus et la boutique Koodo, refus de prendre en charge l’appareil.
On se rend à la boutique Telus du centre Eaton, et la ca marche en 10min. Bravo
Come to have a broken Koodo phone repaired (as reported by the Telus site and customer service), we are told they don't know how to do it. Total 2 hours lost of round trips between Telus and the Koodo store, refusal to support the device.
We go to the Telus store in the Eaton center, and it works in 10min. well done
