★ ★ ★ ★ ★ après avoir appeler a 4 reprise sans aucune réponse je me suis présenter sur les lieux. arriver 3 employer étais acoter et jasais entre eux. ensuite la fille qui ma répondu avais l'air arrogante et après avoir fais changer ma sim je lui dis vous avez oubliez mon coupe humidité de mon cellulaire et la elle et un autre employer se sont mis a rire de moi comme quoi c'étais un protecteur d'écran quand celui-ci est belle et bien un protecteur interne du samsung s5. après lui avoir répété qu"il fallais le mettre dedans elle la mis a lenvers et la je les mis du bon coté et ELLE LA REMIS A L'ENVERS LA PIOCHE. je vais appeler fido pour me plaindre.
after calling 4 times without any response I went to the scene. happen 3 using was acoter and chatting between them. then the girl who answered me looked arrogant and after having changed my sim i tell her you forgot my moisture cut on my cell phone and the she and another employee started laughing at me like what it was a screen protector when it is beautiful and well an internal protector of the samsung s5. after having repeated to her that it was necessary to put it in, she put it upside down and I put them on the right side and SHE PUT IT INTO THE PICKAXE. I'm going to call fido to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai voulu prendre un abonnement au forfait à 33$ avec un A20 gratuit. La dame sur place a pretexter que ce forfait existait pas en magasin. Je lui ai montrer la promotion sur le site de fido, et elle na pas crue bon de faire des recherches sur son système afin d'accéder a cette promotion. Elle ma suggérer de le faire en ligne.... désolé de vous avoir déranger. Bizarre que les autres concessions connaisse tous cette promo en vigueur depuis 2 semaines
