★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good enterprise, they pay well. The good in a big company is you may be promoted. The downside is they are allways people that may do everything to be promoted, very nice and friendly before promotion and very harsh after. Also, big volume of work means the jobs are divided between workers so you will become specialised in a part of a job so you will do it everyday, all days. If you are like me you may say that is boring and maybe you will search a smaller company where you have to do everything and each day brings you different tasks. Contrary, if you like to be specialised in a little part of a big machine, this company is for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I begin...My wife and I moved in Symphonia POP (the newest of both towers in Nun's Island); the building was constructed by this "company", and it is, BY FAR, THE WORST INVESTMENT WE HAVE EVER MADE, BY FAR. We moved in on June 30th 2021, and problems have been there since day one. Ventilation in bathrooms is almost inexistent, after 2 minutes of warm water,all bathroom is full of vapor that won't be sucked out. The finishing is TERRIBLE, walls scratched, missing paint, screws wrongly inserted,so they actually destroyed the piece of furniture, but left it like that, maybe hoping we would not notice. The ventilation fan (for A/C and heating); IS NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH,hence the problem with the bathrooms and A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM OF CONDENSATION ON EVERY WINDOW. Water leaks on the base and now the wall is scrapping, THEY DID NOT DO AN ISOLATION JOB, so very sure they WILL HAVE to take the walls down and redo them all. We have A LONG LIST of the disastrous state of our condo, we have pictures and videos, which we have already provided to our lawyers. My friendly advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP, they will TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Our lawyers will be in contact.
