Après avoir visiter et vérifier à deux reprises l'exactitude des prix (sur les plans qui nous ont été donnés), nous avons complété les démarches bancaires afin de réserver et faire une offre d'achat le lendemain. Quelques heures avant notre rendez-vous, nous recevons un courriel de Mme Jutras nous informant d'une erreur de communication entre elle-même et le promoteur concernant une rectification soudaine (et assez importante) dans les prix.
L'équipe est bien chaleureuse mais il y a un grand manque de professionalisme.
Make sure the plans and prices are correct.
After visiting and double-checking the accuracy of the prices (on the plans given to us), we completed the banking procedures in order to reserve and make an offer to purchase the next day. A few hours before our meeting, we receive an email from Ms. Jutras informing us of a communication error between herself and the promoter concerning a sudden (and quite significant) correction in the prices.
The team is very warm but there is a great lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Équipe professionnelle lord de la vente mais après livraison du condo juillet 2019 en juillet 2020 toujours pas terminer plus 1 an apres la prise de possession ils sont bien gentil mes ils n'ont jamais terminer extérieur et intérieur plein de détail non terminer toujours des promesse nous somme en octobre 2020 les lieu sont abandonner sans terminer vraiment désolent donc soyer sur vos Garde voici une mise a jour nous somme 7 Novembre 2020 toujours pas terminer regarder bien photo voici dans quel État ils ont laisser les lieu la construction nous somme dans le désespoir
Professional team lord of the sale but after delivery of the condo July 2019 in July 2020 still not complete more than 1 year after taking possession they are very nice but they never finished exterior and interior full of detail not always finish promises us sum in October 2020 the places are abandoned without ending really sorry so be on your guard here is an update we are November 7, 2020 still not finished look good photo here is in what state they left the place the construction we are in despair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend avoiding these builders. Delays are incredible, very little communication, the contractors they hire aren't accountable for anything. The finished product will arrive of you don't mind waiting a year longer than anticipated and don't mind getting into fights at every turn. If you are getting a new build, be sure to be there every day and treat it like a full time job otherwise you'll have nasty surprises such as a huge air exchanger being installed in the wrong location due to poor management. Our walk-in closet became a storage closet as a result. According to our floor plan, our air exchanger/AC unit was supposed to be installed above the hot water tank in one of the bedroom closets, but the units that were delivered were larger than they expected and as a result they had to install them in another space and use more square footage in a already "cozy" sized condo to fix their mistake. Our walk in closet was no longer a walk in closet. We were in shock when we saw this a few weeks before our move in date and there was nothing we could do about it. This was not what we purchased. Upon delivery our brand new floors were all scratched up. Every single door frame was crooked. I could write a book about the issues we faced... Just be careful, they promise one thing and deliver another. They are "yes" men and women and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to back off. In hindsight, I would not have gone with them. Horrible experience for anyone who's investing so much money into their home. Best of luck to you.
