Poor after-sales service. My spouse bought a pair of Tara brand work boots and 2 days later he returned to have them exchanged because the tip of the strap. The person advised him to stick them .... wow

Dernièrement un petit problème sur une botte neuve et je peux parier beaucoup que je n aurais jamais eu le même service ailleurs, surtout pas à Québec/ levis. I've been a customer at the worker's store for at least 20 years. Never any problems. Lately a small problem on a new boot and I can bet a lot that I would never have had the same service elsewhere, especially not in Quebec / Levis.
