L'équipe Beauce Sports ont répondu a tous mes questions et pris le temps de bien me guider. Un grand merci a l'équipe Beauce Sports. I had excellent service and a quick appointment from the service team for the maintenance of my 1000 KM of my ninja 1000 while here in Quebec City it did not even return the call or give me an appointment in 1 month or more. The Beauce Sports team answered all my questions and took the time to guide me. A big thank you to the Beauce Sports team.

Dans mon coin, il ont refait l'alignement qui avait été mal fait ou simplement pas fait et le pouce chauffant ne fonctionnait pas. Ils ont regardés ça et il avait été coupé a l'installation. Le garage ma chargé la facture. Je le comprend bien mais après j'ai retourné parler a Beauce sport et il m'ont dit qui avait rien a faire. (ONT S'EXCUSE) c'est comme ça qui traite leurs clients bravo un gros manque de professionnaliste. JE DECONSEILLE FORTEMENT. Very disappointed with the service. I bought a new mountain bike which was incorrectly mounted. So, at its first maintenance i send them dear Polaris. In my corner, they redid the alignment which had been poorly done or simply not done and the heated thumb was not working. They looked at it and it was cut off at the installation. The garage charged me with the bill. I understand it well but then I went back to talk to Beauce sport and they told me that they had nothing to do. (ONT S EXCUSE) that's how they treat their clients, well done a big lack of professionalism. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST.
