What an UNPROFESSIONAL experience with the representative at Wolf Willow. I had been looking at townhomes there and was dealing with the gentleman that looked after that division (he was fantastic) but he was moved to a different location. I left a voicemail for this lady and, after three hours of not hearing from her, we decided to just show up at the show home. I told her I left her a voicemail and she just stared at me. When I asked her for information on what was left for townhomes she said "I don't know". When I asked about future developments in the area she said "I'm not really sure". Madison Avenue Group, you just lost a sale. What an unprofessional experience.

I really am never the type to leave bad reviews, but this company is really the worst of them all. It’s upsetting to say that I’m not surprised that there are many other bad reviews. I’m angered and disappointed because someone that I love made the decision to put their trust and hardworking money into this company just for it to lie straight in their face and take advantage of their kindness. They will make empty promises to you and their values are nonexistent. Madison Avenue Group will find every reason to try and get an extra penny out of you. I hope that anyone who is considering contacting this company changes their mind after reading the reviews because you will genuinely be let down. Please don’t make the mistake of trusting such a lowlife company and get scammed of your money.

This business is a money-grabbing fraudulent poor excuse of a company. They make empty promises that your house would be built at a specific date but continuously extend it. They then have the audacity to make you pay more fees than what was initially agreed upon - of which was already paid up-front. The whole basis of their company is to take advantage of their customers. To those who are looking into using their services, I'd advise you to reconsider - take it from someone who has had the unfortunate experience of being a client of theirs.

My experience with this company is absolutely TERRIBLE. Reading these reviews I can see that many people would also say the same exact thing. This company is a scam. My mother, who is nothing but honest and sweet was taken advantage of. She is stressed, having to pay more and more fees way above what was agreed upon at first. Being lied about when her house is gonna be finished and is constantly being told lies. This company is clearly unreliable, irresponsible and ultimately not professional at all. Do not consider Madison Avenue Group to help you with anything or else you’ll be scammed out.

Absolutely terrible for my experience with Madison Avenue group. My family and I were looking at getting a house in Belvedere, we paid for the property and everything was going good, or so we thought. After reading the contract we didn’t see anything about paying more after already paying for the property. They recently reached out to my family telling us we had to pay another 1K?!? absolutely ridiculous. NEVER again. If I were you I wouldn’t consider working with Madison Avenue group and I’m sure others can say the same after reading what they had to say.

I would not recommend Madison Avenue Group to any of my friends or family after the experience I had. Their change in leadership in the last year has completely dismantled the experience of buying my first home. Delays in building process in over a year with little to no explanation or updates. My statement of account was only finalized the week I was set to move in and then continued to change as a result of errors. I played middle man between MAG and their lawyer to ensure everything was handled so I the same could finalize and meet the move in date they had set. I was disappointed in move in that almost all corrections identified in pre-possession were not addressed and 1 month later still outstanding. I have issues with my dishwasher, laundry units and furnace which further alarm me to the low quality of installation and inspection. Their supplier of cabinetry, flooring and tile has since gone bankrupt and some of my neighbours are left with plywood islands at move in. I later received a refund that the bathroom glass installed was actually a lower grade than spec. I am still waiting on any of my blinds to be installed. The whole process has been nothing but inconvenient and continues to be in addressing the building errors. I don’t blame MAG for supply chain issues but what can be done is communicate to its clients about what is happening, timelines, and expectations. There is nothing worse than to feel like you’re left to figure it out on your own. It’s a shame that the few excellent folks at MAG that made the beginning of the process great have since left and the rest of the company is held together with tape and glue. The other reviews about last minute fees and price changes I know are the norm with this company.

My first time home buying experience with Madison Avenue Group has been a rollercoaster experience, with many ups and downs. I just recently moved into my home and I am loving it. The home is beautiful and after a long time waiting and trying to be patient, I am overall happy with my purchase. I was frustrated with all the delays and empty promises I received during the process but after living here for a couple of weeks, it is starting to feel like home. I want to give an extra big shout out to Nathan Hoyle who has made the construction process an enjoyable one. He has done so much to make things right and really cares for his clients. I appreciate the extra effort he put in. Without the help of Nathan, I don't know if I can say I enjoyed my home buying experience so thank you Nathan!! Thank you MAG for building my home (an accomplishment I am very proud of)!!

In my experience with team members at Madison Avenue Group, I have found that they truly want to make the home buying experience the best that it can be for their customers - delivering a quality and beautiful product that becomes a forever home. Buying a home in today's market can be challenging and stressful - the team at Madison Avenue Group works hard to make this process as easy as possible, rising to face challenges with their customers and supporting them through out the entire purchase process. I would definitely recommend checking them out and speaking with the sales team about Madison Avenue products and their offerings at this time.
