There were a few small issues that she rectified immediately, and Dean came in and installed them right away, they both were very professional and lovely to deal with. I would definitely recommend Made In The Shade to any customers wanting exceptional customer service and great window coverings. Thank you Rosanee and Dean!! We appreciated the service and the going above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied!!

Our second order was for large blind, again Roseann’s recommendation of product and colour was so appreciated. We are so pleased that she advised us to motorize this covering . The installation was carried out with attention to every detail.
We are very pleased with both orders. One blind , in the first order, arrived slightly damaged, it was addressed right away and replacement was sent. Very reassuring to deal with a company that stands behind their product.
