Her smile and energy will brighten your day and get you motivated right from the start!
Believe me, there were days that I didn’t feel like working out, and I know that getting to the gym is the first step, but having someone that can transform your “don’t feel like it” mood to “let’s get this!!!” is an amazing asset.
She is also very organized and professional and would recommend anyone to work with her!

Let me tell you, it was the best thing to happen to me! Not only has Roni become a good friend of mine, but she’s helped me gain a new confidence in myself and find a love of fitness-she does so in a professional and fun manner.

I went and saw a few personal trainers and struggled to make positive changes and feel like I know what I’m doing on my own as well as with them. Finally I found Roni! I have been going to her for a few months now and have seen my body changing and feel so much more confident and strong with my workouts with Roni and on my own!! It has been a night and day difference in my confidence level and knowing how to push myself and stay focused. I am so grateful I found her!
