â â â â â TrĂšs mauvais service Ă la clientĂšle! J'ai tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© hier matin (25 novembre 2020) pour prendre RV en radiologie. Lorsque j'ai eu la ligne, la rĂ©ceptionniste m'a demandĂ© d'envoyer ma prescription par fax ou par courriel. Lorsque je lui ai demandĂ© l'adresse courriel, elle m'a dit d'un ton bĂȘte de raccrocher et de rappeler parce que c'est mentionnĂ© dans le message automatisĂ© et que j'aurais dĂ» Ă©couter. Lorsque je lui ai dit que c'Ă©tait ordinaire de demander cela au lieu de la donner, elle m'a raccrochĂ© au nez. Si un directeur de la clinique me lit, cette employĂ©e mĂ©riterait la porte, elle est blasĂ©e et son comportement est inacceptable pour votre image. J'ai pris RV ailleurs...
Very bad customer service! I called yesterday morning (November 25, 2020) to take an appointment for radiology. When I got the line, the receptionist asked me to send my prescription by fax or email. When I asked her for the email address, she silly told me to hang up and call back because it's mentioned in the automated message and I should have listened. When I told her it was normal to ask for it instead of giving it, she hung up on me. If a clinic director reads me, this employee deserves the door, she is jaded and her behavior is unacceptable to your image. I took RV elsewhere ...

â â â â â J'ai eu un service en or, j'ai rappelĂ© hier pour avoir le courriel car l'envoi de fichier .pdf ne fonctionnait pas sur le site, et on me l'a donnĂ© de façon calme et enthousiaste. Il y a des journĂ©es meilleures que d'autres pour tous le monde ces temps-ci. ?
Arrivé sur place, ils m'ont pris en charge immédiatement, et 3 minutes aprÚs j'étais sorti. La radio la plus rapide que j'ai passée de ma vie. ??
