T	Tori Tarabocchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying this place. I got castle in the sky, it's very good but just not a fan of the chunks of orange peel in it. The lady put a whole orange slice, peel and all in it. Only thing I didn't like.

K	Krizia Santiago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here 3x because I love bubble tea. They have a good, extensive menu which I like but has always been disappointed with their toppings. They seem to be either old and/or stale. The sago is very hard and the tapioca just doesn’t seem fresh every time. It doesn’t have the chewy, bouncy characteristic that other franchised bubble tea places do when you know it’s freshly made. I really wish they would change it, because otherwise it’s a fantastic place.
k	kemi kemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always love cream cheese flavor with pearl.. and they never fail me, this is so good and im so happy that they are here in thunder bay now..tho i will suggest that if you will choose a this tiny cutie tumbler, just choose flavor like liquids only for it is to small that it will not be enough, we choose halo halo and cream cheese with pearl to put on it and it wasnt enough but its because its also so good. Anyway the place is so nice and hoping that soon they will open the dining again and yeah this is a must try !!!

I was really hesitant about the matcha cheesecake with black sugar pearls thinking the cheesecake would over take the drink but it didn’t! It was really great! Would definitely try more of the menu!

Their interior design is incredible, everything is so neat and cozy, and they have a TV to enjoy as well. :) The drink was lovely too, I missed the bubble tea places in other cities and this definitely cured that. If you're nearby you should absolutely check it out.
