โ โ โ โ โ Not to sound like a Karen or anything but earlier at 4:52pm today me and my friend bought two cheesecake oreo milktea. The subtotal was $15.50, and so my friend paid with cash, gave the cashier $20 (four 5 dollar bills) and then gave her the 50 cents.
He never got the $5 back. He tried asking for it but the cashier said something like "its 15".
I have a photo of the receipt, the name on the reciept says Joenel.

โ โ โ โ โ During the opening, we came before the opening time (10:30am) and lined up outside in a chilly day (rained the night before). Then when we got inside they were lots of people inside waiting for their order who didnโt even line up but got special treatment? plus our parking ticket was about to expired bc of those people that didnโt line up. Staff family/ friends should be lining up just like the rest of its costumers, sad to see that its also the opening that it happened!
Update:
The place needed parking tickets which we thought 1hr parking should be fine thats what bothers us. If they took care of the bloggers earlier, we wouldnโt have to add $ to our parking ticket, it was a good boba though but having to rush whether we will make it in time or not because of our parking metre expiring.

โ โ โ โ โ It was really good at first but now its so inconsistent. We would always get the taro cheesecake but its either theres not enough pearls or cheesecake. Today it was both and the taro was very watered down. You pay extra for the cheesecake but in reality they just smear a tiny amount of cheesecake on the cup that you cant even taste.

โ โ โ โ โ Been there a few times since it opened and the staff have been so friendly and helpful !! I have tried a different drink each time, and every drink I've tried has tasted so AMAZING !! The Purple Cheese Cake is my favorite so far โค Can not wait to go back and try more !!! ??

I had the mango pomelo sago. Good flavour and authentic toppings. Slightly on the pricy end and the dine-in setup was pretty limited.

โ โ โ โ โ Watery compared to other places. They were out of Taro which I can understand why in the opening weekend but I keep hearing afterwards of instances that theyโre still out. The cheesecake couldโve been more pronounced in terms of serving and flavour; I believe it was just cheesecake spread lightly on the side of the inside cups which make it appear like thereโs lots. I prefer other places like Serene Tea that are consistently good and you get the value per price.
