★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tea is delicious and the selection is amazing. My favorite is often sold out, but there are more than enough other drinks to pick from.
However, my biggest concern is that many many times when I come in here the music selection is VERY inappropriate! I do not need or want to listen to profanity in the place I go to relax. I never know when the next f-bomb will drop from an otherwise innocuous and pleasant track.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this place! Love the milk teas, the coffee smoothie with coffee jelly, avocado smoothie (add peach) with grass jelly and our kids love the mango smoothie - those are our family’s go-to’s! Great and friendly customer service. Consistency across the board! Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for about 30 mins for my 2 drinks and the wintermelon iced tea tasted like water. The costumer after me who ordered 4 drinks got their drinks before I got mine, and there was no one in the store before I placed my order. Such a poor experience and would not go back again. Better experience at the 8th Street location.
