★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but great experiences at the free standing Mac store. I went in there to find a new concealer and the makeup artis took his time with no sale pressure. He ended up sending home with a bunch of concealer testers so I could play at home. I believe his name was Reggie. Always a good experience:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in during my lunch break recently and There was no other people in the store and just 1 staff member behind the counter. I thought to myself this is great as usually you have to wait as other customers are being helped. I knew what I wanted so went up to the counter - the staff member was looking at some documents. I stood for 5 mins like an idiot. Didn’t even get any acknowledgement that I was there. She didn’t look up at me, say “hello” or “ I’ll be with you in a min” - nothing! I just left the store then and purchased foundation elsewhere. Empty store and you can’t buy what you need - ridiculous! Also every time I have previously bought items in there they can never find my email address for the loyalty program so They set me up an account again so I never got any of the points from previous purchases because I start from scratch every time.

Maira and Yasmine were so happy to help me swap the product for a better colour match - they were so attentive and offered many thoughtful suggestions based on my preferences even though the store was super busy on a Saturday. Thanks ladies for making me feel so appreciated as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually hate shopping for makeup because I've never had a good experience and being a mixed woman no one has been able to find me the right colours to compliment and match my skin tone.. it is always just "well that's close enough". This amazing woman Cassie helped me find 5 different items that matched my skin PERFECT. She was kind, fast, efficient, very knowledgeable and made me feel understood & comfortable. Already went back for more because of her. She deserves a raise!!!

She really listened to me, and heard all my concerns I had for my skin and helped me achieve what I was looking for. Thanks so much! The bonus to all this was they had a promo going on so I even saved some money.
