★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to call five times yesterday it always said leave a message but after a few minutes it will said the mail box is full. Is this is the Immigration refugee please let us know not just hung up on us, and explain properly that we are on the wrong number. Very uncooperative staff who is answering the phone,. We are having serious matter right now, that’s why you are there in the field to help people not just to be rude. Please CIC pay attention to this staff very unhelpful try to call that number very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask for questions and the guy told me wrong didn't even tell me the right number. He just hang up on me. This terrible service I called 2 they didn't even answer and now he just hang up. Please hire people who can do their job as they should.
