Horrible experience, Dr Azim Jowani did not even look at me when I clearly came with a problem. 5-min consultation just a waste of my time. Now I’ll need to look for another GP to get my abdominal hernia checked. So frustrating. Don’t waste your time there.

The receptionist Rajni is exceptional in my experience. Very helpful and responsive. She is an asset to the clinic. Dr. Mona Lee and Mary Glen are also very good. They are thorough and I find always listen to your concerns and are not dismissive.

Honestly really disappointed in Dr. Mona Lee. She won't give you more than 5 minutes, and just doesn't take my concerns seriously. I talked to her in October about my mental health issues, and despite a history of attempting suicide and psych ward visits, she asks me if this new. I gained some weight, and she sends me for a hypothyroidism test. I mean, how rude. I did the tests, and it all came up negative, DUH, and she still just doesn't take it seriously. Tells me that i have never had a mental health diagnosis. Which is insane. I have gotten many, multiple times. I dunno why she doesn't seem to have access to my history, or if she just refuses to bother reading it, but I have told her my history every time and I just don't get taken seriously. Is it my fault that the only medication I have taken that actually works is a stimulant? Why do I have to be punished for other people abusing drugs? I have tried to get help since I attempted suicide the first time at 12 years old, and 18 years later, I am still BEGGING for help. Why is it so hard to be listened to? I don't want to die, so I ask for help. But I honestly believe that after 5 months of trying to get help from this office, that it's time for a new Dr. I am not willing to play games with my life. I need a Dr. that will listen and read my history. I'm honestly appalled at how long i have waited for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. A referral that will take an unknown amount of time... not sure why it wasn't referred 5 months ago when I asked... Today, she didn't even give me a chance to tell her I got a letter from the BC cancer society saying I am due for a pap smear... She just hung up mid call. Good luck if you wanna visit this office. It seems all they care about is getting as many patients through as possible, since the BC government pays them according to the number of patients. Not the quality of care.

Made an appointment but it turned out to be more of an emergency and cannot contact them anybody to cancel or redirect the number to be called at appointment time. No way to call and talk to anybody to help address our emergency . I'm sure you're all very nice people and very good doctors. But in a time of emergency, I would have liked to have been able to talk to someone all over the phone. Not possible.

Had a phone appointment, just on time. Dr. Corwin is a very knowledgeable doctor. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff were very friendly, I normally hate going to clinics and will avoid them at all costs. But I had something urgent that needed to be looked at, Dr. Kate's was very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't immediately prescribe something until he had done his examination. Very polite and professional, didn't feel rushed at all. He even called ahead to the pharmacy and had them ready my prescriptions for me. Would definitely return here for future check ups.

Worst experience ever. Doctor calls me an hour later than my appointment. Super rude and told me the staff would contact me today for an Xray. While I am sitting here waiting for my Xray the clinic closed and the staff went home. Very disappointing

Zero stars please! I have given them SO MANY opportunities to improve the experience and it just keeps on getting worse and worse. I've seen many different doctors in that clinic. They would charge even if you call to ask what ahappened with their follow up... and will charge you again when they finally call back with the results.. It is very frustrating. I haven't had anyone taking the time to actually go through what's going on. Front desk is even worse. Rude, unprofessional.
