I have had the good fortune of attending therapy sessions with Lydia. She has provided me with deep insight and wonderful techniques for continued healing. The sessions have been multi-modal in nature, although I cannot really say what approaches Lydia has been drawing upon. The work weβve done together has included expressive arts that have been visually and somatically based. The sessions have also included creative writing and intimate discussion. Lydia seems extremely skilled at listening and gently guiding while allowing the flow of sessions to shift when she has sensed it to be helpful in any moment.
At all times, I have felt safe, heard and understood.
Lydiaβs ability to help me better understand and address my intergenerational and development trauma, as well as my generalized anxiety disorder has been remarkable.
