★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Against my better judgement after reading multiple absolutely horrible reviews online about this company I still decided to purchase a bag during their women’s day 25% off sale . After purchasing the bag I was sent an email the next day saying there was a mistake and it was already sold , yet when I go on the website the bag is still there, for the full price before discount . It is obvious my purchase was cancelled because they didn’t want to sell it at the sale price . Customer service is impossible to get a hold of even if you call or email during business hours 10-5pm EST. Dont let any good reviews fool you , I would not recommend dealing with this company in any way or purchasing from them . Have learned my lesson and mistake and should have believed the bad reviews that are all over online .
