★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered Lusso by chance as I was looking online for custom leather jackets. What appealed to me immediately was the drop down customization options that truly give you total freedom in making a completely original item. I took the time to find exactly what I wanted, choosing the highest grade full grain leather, and sending over my measurements, and in return I received the best leather jacket I’ve ever had. I wear it every possible occasion.
I was so satisfied, in fact, that I’ve already placed a second order with them and will continue to do so. Customer for life, for sure.
They emailed me to tell me that my jacket was chosen for a video about making jackets from scratch. So I’m looking forward to that. Again, they did a killer job and the leather quality is to die for. There’s kind of a pun to that, no?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jacket came ripped. Wouldn't repair, Wouldn't exchange or allow me to wait for new product to come in. Bad experience. Wouldnt do buisness again. Rarely feel the need to write such a review but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. However, their jackets are beautiful. Unfortunate experience that couldve been handled better. 2 stars for the beautiful jacket. 3 stars blank for the experience I dealt with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the price. I went to Lusso to get actual fit and proper measurements. I said I wanted a tight fit jacket style. Took more than 10 weeks for the delivery. I got the jacket a size bigger. Everything is loose. What the point of getting your measurement when it doesn’t even come close to the size you’ll want. I had high hope for this business and wanted to get my friends to check out Lusso Leather. Never again and will never ever recommend it to anyone I know. Not sure how this business is run and getting a good reviews. I should have bought the regular jacket they would have probably fit better and the price would still be better than Lusso. It’s not worth it at all to waste my time on coming for a measurement and waiting for the jacket. When it’s not even the size I ordered. Total waste of money and time. I just hope I can sell the jacket for at least half the price what I paid for it. If anyone is willing to go to this place for a Jacket just be aware that it’s very expensive for the quality and service you’ll get. Jackets get made from somewhere else. This is my experience and it’s not a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the jacket for a very good price compared to some better known outlets. I got an email shortly thereafter confirming my measurements and in a few weeks, I had my jacket. Very satisfied with the quality, workmanship and the customer service. Hannan was a pleasure to deal with! I would not hesitate to buy from Lusso Leather again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY SO THAT YOU DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY.
This place is ridiculous. I received a completely wrongly done product (which came a month late) that was not wearable even though I provided my measurements. I detailed it in a previous review that I had since taken down because after FINALLY hearing back from Lusso, they told me to return for a refund, so I figured it would be solved and just forget about the whole thing.
I did so - and now they are lying to Chase about never receiving a package, even though USPS delivered it to the address MONTHS AGO. So now they kept both the product, and my money (around $300). This is a headache you simply don't need.

I was also very impressed by your immediate response when a shipping issue arose that turn out to be inconsequential. Not many people immediately respond to an email reporting a perceived problem while on vacation. My complements to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just this weekend I picked up a custom "Pierre" jacket, in a lovely red colour. It's a clean and simple design. It looks great, and I'm sure nobody else will have a jacket like this. I've worn it for three days, and have received compliments on it already. I also had it spec'd with a cotton liner, and added interior pockets. Their pricing would be reasonable even if it was off the rack. The fact that you can get it custom fitted, coloured, and add other extra's at this pricing makes their jackets an excellent value! I'm saving up for my next one. My wait time was six weeks and a few days, which isn't bad at all for a custom made anything, really. I'll add pictures soon!
