E	E J P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love LUSH products, however, this is my third experience with Boxing Day (the only day where Lush offers BOGO) and after three years of shopping this event- it is still A MAJOR DISASTER AND FAIL! The website cannot handle the traffic of this sale and every year the website crashes, by the time it comes back up- items are sold out... Extremely frustrating to say the least. With all of the profit generated and the same issues occurring each year- one would think Lush would have their IT/webmasters in proper order to avoid another crash... It was just really disappointing shopping online today. Please do better, Lush. There shouldn't be so much stress associated with shopping with you the day after Christmas.

Plastic wrapped bombs were easier to give as a gift. Then, they would have more customers. What also happened to the free sample. Disappointed this year.

J	Jazmine S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i signed up to work for ballistics warehouse Vancouver...went to buy steel toes and warehouse wear...only for a few things to happen..the boss doesnt get back to me till last week last minute so couldnt start right away...then that app resets or something when i book my shift..and it doesn't book them...then the boss or person im texting says they will enter me in manually and then doesn't..its a complete gong show and waste of time...i wasted 2 weeks trying to get shifts here...very unorganized and then they blamed the scheduler...definitely needs to be revamped or rehired! Complete waste of time!
S	Staci Armstrong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love lush. i worked at their retail shops for three years as an assistant shop manager and loved every minute of it. i am also generally a pretty understanding and patient person. however, i’m disappointed with my online experiences. i’ve had minor issues the past couple of years but this one was the worst. i get that they are short staffed, covid sucks, their boxing day bogo sale is or of control, etc. but my order took six weeks to even ship. and when it arrived, more than half of my product was missing. i emailed them and have not heard back. there was no communication as to if the missing products were out of stock, if they are coming in other shipments, if they’ll refund me the difference, etc. no clue. i know they are a super successful company so i’m just surprised that year after year they can’t seem to get it together enough to handle their online sales. hopefully they can reevaluate their processes to handle their business going forward. i’m sure i’ll keep shopping lush, but will absolutely avoid their online store from here on out.

Also, read the florida bill you are addressing, it never says anything about not being able to say a certain 3 letter G word (I wont say it because I dont want google censoring this review). Inform yourself before tossing good customers to the wayside over some politically biased, preconceived, false notion.
