They provided updates about their progress at the end of each day they worked. They also kindly provided us feedback on areas of the house they've painted and noticed to be potential concerns. They had completed the project within the projected time frame without any delay. Karol and Mira paid attention to other little details that could have been easily overlooked and have gone above and beyond their service. From the initial quote request to the completion of the job every CertaPro employee we communicated with was absolutely lovely. We interviewed 3 companies before selecting which company to go with and we're glad we went with CertaPro. We highly recommend their team for your next painting project!

They all communicated well at all times, scheduling and follow-up was thorough and prompt. Our house looks great. Our job included power washing, some siding repairs, then exterior painting, as well as refinishing of outside stairs. We are very happy with our choice of CertaPro Painters.

Lots of challenges to this project as there are many old wood windows and lots of wood trim so lots of quality prep work needed. Working with the CertaPro team was certainly a five star experience from beginning to end. At the beginning of our project Dexter (our estimator) and Mat (our pressure washer) were great to deal with. Nikki (the project coordinator) kept us fully informed about the projected start date of the job. Most importantly our actual painters, Karol and Mira, were very experienced and totally professional often working late into the day to get the painting done on schedule. They were very careful with my wife's precious garden as well and cleaned up so well at project's end that you would never know they had been there. The house looks wonderful and I would recommend the whole team most highly.

Took great care to not have any paint go where it shouldn't have. Stayed on the last day to do all the touch-ups and ensured we were happy with their work. Kept us informed, and asked if there were anything to confirm with us first. Great to talk with. Have had people take pictures of the house and say how great the job looks. Great way to meet the neighbours.
S	Soizic Wadge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired certa pro at the end of the painting season we were a bit weary as the rain was coming and talked about delaying until the spring but Mike assured us that it wouldn’t be an issue and if there were any issues that they had an excellent warranty. Well sure enough it rained a few hours after they finished the last coat on the trim of the house and not surprisingly the paint started to peal very badly. Not just a bit here and there but all over it was such a mess with paint falling off everywhere. I called certa pro and they did come and repair the flaking but only after Mike walked through all the defects and told me that it wasn’t actually their fault it was our fault because of how the house is constructed (not enough slope etc.) but since he was a nice guy he would do the repair but he wouldn’t come back and repair it again. Why wasn’t this address the first time around if they are such pros why would they paint an area that is going to flake in a year. Well it’s now the following year and the paint is flaking again but not on the areas that were supposedly poorly constructed but on places like the banister that has ample slope. I’m not an expert but I’m pretty sure you aren’t supposed to paint when it’s raining. I do want to say that the painting crew themselves were excellent and very friendly my issue is with the management.

The job was completed during very sunny days. When the clouds came in we noticed a few areas where touch ups were needed. The team returned promptly without a fuss. The colour consultant that was included in the package was also skilled and helped us make a couple of decisions we would not have otherwise. We are thrilled with the colours. We will be using CertaPro again for future projects, and have already recommended them to others.
