Along with the heaps of shredded plastic bag I found a piece of measuring tape, wires, broken glass shards, broken glazed pottery, broken plastic, a glass bead, a chunk of 2x4 and so much more. I used some of the soil for a potted indoor plant and it’s basically aquaphobic.

Delivery showed up early so I wasn't home, which resulted in awkward placement off my property and that annoyed my neighbours. Garden soil is black, compacted, and full of sand and plastic. It's been 2 months of use and everything I planted in this soil has stunted or bolted, showing signs of poor nutrient quality. I would not recommend this company.

Who knew that buying gravel and topsoil could be so much fun? We filled our own bags at a self-service bin and were done in minutes,staying clean all the while.

Then they CLOSED and had trucks coming in and out, not sure if they’re dropping off or picking up, but they told us it would be a 5-10min wait. We waited 20min and decided to leave because another truck had arrived and they were still not allowing people in. Not sure if all these trucks coming and going were totally unexpected or planned but it was a total waste of our time and if you’re going to go I would recommend either calling beforehand or go later in the day. Have bought from them before and the soil and manure were decent but disorganized and customer service is poor.

J	Jodie Johnson and Conor Murphy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is an old saying, "You get what you pay for." This statement couldn't be truer when it comes to the soil on offer at Lawnboy. At first glance, the soil looks to be of a decent quality until it settles in your garden. Then the small pieces of plastic rise to the surface. My garden now looks unsightly in a toxic kind of way. I worry about the threat this plastic presents to foraging birds and small animals not to mention my vegetables. Also, Lawnboy advertises competitive prices for 1 yard of soil compared to many of their competitors. However, they only give you one tractor bucket of soil for this price, substantially less than a yard. They have been ripping off customers for years (read the review below).
